This will cover all you need to know to get better acquainted with wine: purchasing, styles, terminology, terroir, tasting. Students will perform an important exercise: building your perfect glass of wine to help you understand likes and dislikes and how they shape your palate. This exercise will be followed with a tasting of the 6 Noble Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Bring your questions and an open palate!
