Come enjoy an evening of Organic and Biodynamic wines with Savio Soares of Savio Selections...This auspicious wine selection is in fact a selection of small-family run wineries that usually do not employ non-family members and work in coherence with nature, utilizing natural sensitive work in the vineyard and cellar, resulting in a small production of a pure and distinctive wines that reflects its place of origin and is imbued with the soul of the people responsible for its production.  With the increasing standardization and uniformity of the ever growing wine universe,  we are very proud to introduce wines that are for the most part available in the U.S. for the first time.
