Premium "Big" reds are always popular. Paired with grilled meats, full flavoured cheeses, and hearty stews, is a great taste experience. This evening, you will get to try Cabernet Sauvignon (a great Bordeaux grape), Shiraz (think Hermitage and Cote Rote), Malbec (the signature grape of Argentina), and Blends in this premium red wine tasting.

Premium reds typically have tannins to match, helping them age over time, and pair very well with hearty dishes.

Our speaker this evening will be Mr. Harry Hertscheg, Wine Festival Manager for the Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival,and also Wine Reviewer for Northwest Palate Magazine and Tidings Magazine.
