Executive Chef Gretchen Menser takes advantage of the harvest season with bounty from Satur Farms, Balsam Farms, Milk Pail and Mecox Dairy. The food-friendly and local field blends showcase the abilities of Channing Daughters’ winemaker Christopher Tracy. The wines are available at The Channing Daughters Winery in Bridgehampton and Domaine Franey Wines in East Hampton.
