Marci and Christine will host the most delectable Caribbean-style food, dessert and wine pairing tonight coupled with all types of entertaining tips, tricks and musings to get you ready for your next party or gathering. Celebrity-Author Chef, Michael Bennett Executive Chef of Bimini Boatyard and author of  "In the Land of Misfits, Pirates and Cooks"  will be joining us for the evening preparing a dynamic recipe from his cookbook and signing copies of his book which are for sale at L'Hermitage Gourmet Emporium as well as all gourmet food selections and all dessert selections sampled at the pairing including the wines are available for purchase the night of the event.
