The dynamic pairing of food, wine and entertaining experts Marci Boland of L’Hermitage Catering & Gourmet Emporium and Christine Najac of ReallyGoodCookies.com has resulted in a series of ongoing epicurean events. With food, wine and parties playing such a big part in their lives they combined their talents and love for all things tasteful and are sharing it with everyone to enjoy. Marci and Christine will host the most delectable Caribbean-style food, dessert and wine pairing tonight coupled with all types of entertaining tips, tricks and musings to get you ready for your next party or gathering. Celebrity-Author Chef, Michael Bennett Executive Chef of Bimini Boatyard and author of "In the Land of Misfits, Pirates and Cooks" will be joining us for the evening preparing a dynamic recipe from his cookbook and signing copies of his book which are for sale at L'Hermitage Gourmet Emporium as well as all gourmet food selections and all dessert selections sampled at the pairing including the wines are available for purchase the night of the event.
