Dashe Cellars–––a Wine & Spirits magazine Top 100 winery for 2009–––will host a Paella fiesta at its winery and tasting room in the Jack London Square area, near downtown Oakland. The Spanish-themed event will feature renowned Bay Area Paella maker, Gerard Nebesky, as well as wine-paired Spanish cheeses, music, and a selection of the winery’s current and new wine releases. One of the wines to be showcased will be our brand new 2007 Petite Sirah from the Todd Brothers Vineyard, which also produces our coveted zinfandel grapes. This is the first Petite Sirah produced here at Dashe Cellars since 2002 and it is well worth the wait!! Barrel samples of upcoming 2008 wines will also be featured.
