A great class for both aspiring home brewers and folks who just love beer and want to know more.  This tasting will help you to understand where flavor and aroma in beer come from and how a brewer puts together a recipe based on desired characteristics.  We'll taste our way through a variety of world class brews to demonstrate how the contribution of grain, hops, water, yeast, and conditioning effects what you experience in the glass.
