Our Amuse Bouche starts the evening with a darkly rich and creamy Caramelized Onion Marmalade and Fresh Goat Cheese Crostini. Moving into the first course, our trio offers up a succulent masterpiece of Hot Seared Sea Scallops resting on a cloud of White Riesling Buerre Blanc. The entrée and accompanying sides define symphonic!
