| Once again, due to overwhelming response and oversold classes, Michael, Doris & Beryl are offering yet another Big Green Egg specialty class! Come with us as we explore the flavor fest a smoked Thanksgiving will bring to your holiday table! Our Amuse Bouche will take holiday crudités to a whole new level with Doris’ creamy rich Garlic & Basil White Bean Dip. Our first course will deliver a succulently smoked fresh Grouper, drizzled in richly warm Cracked Pepper Butter. And our main course? Juicy and tender Applewood Smoked Whole Turkeys, of course! Look for Big Green Egg inspired sides as we also enjoy Roasted & Whipped Southern Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallow Topping alongside seasoned and roasted Asparagus Bundles a’la Green Egg. Let’s do something different for dessert here, shall we? How about a creamy delight of Mixed Berry Grand Marnier Cookie Hash?
