Tonight we celebrate the culinary genius of Chef Thomas Keller and salute the American culinary Mecca of The French Laundry! Join Michael and Doris as we translate some of the eateries finest dishes to fit the everyday home kitchen. Our Amuse Bouche starts us off with a refreshing and creamy Salmon Tartare with Sweet Red Onion Crème Fraiche served on crunchy Sesame Rounds. The first course will delight one and all as we delve into the creamiest Purée of English Pea Soup with White Truffle Oil and Parmesan Crisps. Our entrée course will set a standard above all others as we indulge in a decadently rich and earthy dish of Braised Breast of Veal with Yellow Corn Polenta Cakes served alongside of the most succulent of Garlic Beurre Monté Glazed Root Vegetables. Get ready for the sublime as we take the evening to a crescendo with a signature French Laundry classic, Vanilla Bean Roasted Black Mission Figs with Wild Flower Honey Vanilla Ice Cream. Don’t forget the wine parings as Michael promises to live up to the highest of The French Laundry standards!
