Just in time for the holidays, The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge's Pastry Chef will give a demonstration class on preparing homemade chocolates and truffles on Saturday, November 7, 11 am – 1pm. Techniques will include molded chocolates, hand dipped chocolates using transfer sheets and classic hand rolled truffles. Wine and cheese will be served. The cost for this session is $45.
