This class will demonstrate how restaurant managers, servers and other food industry professionals can please customers and increase beverage sales through effective "drink management," especially when it comes to wine. Topics covered include:

  • Wine-speak: The Language of Wine
  • The Money-maker Grape Varieties
  • Wine/Food Pairing: Facts and Fallacie
  • Delivering Professional Wine Service

Although the afternoon class is designed primarily for food/beverage professionals, including servers, anyone is welcome. The class will include wine tasting.
