Come taste champagne made by Bernard Mante, a small producer in Trélou-sur-Marne in the western end of the Champagne region. Bernard uses a combination of traditional farming methods, organic materials, and integrated pest management to produce a variety of champagnes, from Extra-Brut to Demi-Sec.
