of Domaine Carneros.
Evening starts at 7 PM with a cold glass of
Domaine Carneros, Brut. We then proceed to
the Campton Place Suite for a formal tasting
of Eileen Crane's Domaine Carneros.
"An Exploration of Sparkling Wine Styles"
Then at 8 pm in the Campton Place Restaurant
Chef Srijith Gopinathan will prepare
a feast to match the wines of
Domaine Carneros.
