- Silkroad Raspberry, Infused
- Katana, Jun-Mai Ginjo
- Kurosawa, Jun-Mai Kimoto
- Mu Sake, Jun-Mai Daiginjo
- Hatsumago, Jun-Mai Daiginjo 'Shozui'
- Yaegaki, Nigori
Appetizers will include:
- Sushi Rolls -
Spicy Tuna
California Veggie
Shrimp
Vegetable Spring Rolls - with sesame-ginger dipping sauce
Pork Egg Rolls - with sweet and sour sauce
Beef Tataki - seared beef wrapped around mushrooms, cucumber and daikon sprouts - with ponzu sauce
Asian Spinach Salad - with nappa cabbage, carrots, cashews, wonton skins and soy vinaigrette
Karaage Chicken - sake-marinated fried chicken
Chinese Pork Spareribs - with hoisin sauce
There will be a 75 person maximum so reserve your spot early.
