Event
By far the most famous classification of vineyards ever created is the 1855 classification of the Médoc - also known as the "Left Bank" - in Bordeaux. Names like Mouton-Rothschild, Lafite-Rothschild, Latour, Margaux, Haut-Brion as well as Palmer, Lynch-Bages and Cos-d'Estournel are some of the Chateaux every winelover has heard of. But not everybody spends the price for a bottle of wine these Chateaux fetch.
This two-part event is a unique opportunity to both learn about the classified growths, taste one wine of each of the five levels of classifications, as well as a five course dinner paired with classified and non-classified Bordeaux wines.

Class
A sit-down class of five classified red Bordeaux wines presented by
Jean-Jacques Fertal, president of Eagle Eye Imports.

Dinner
A five course dinner featuring culinary creations of Chef Colin Brown.
