Come experience a 3-course dinner prepared by SHA’s Restaurant Management students paired with Wiemer wines. Our guest, long-time Winemaker Fred Merwarth from Hermann Wiemer Vineyards, will share his knowledge of the Finger Lakes
wineries and Weimer Reisling wines.
