Francesca’s by the River will host a memorable evening of exquisite wine paired with fine cuisine at Francesca’s by the River at 7:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy a gourmet dinner menu created by Ottimo owner and head chef Patrick Concannon, paired with hand-selected wines from the Duckhorn Wine Company.

Ice Cold Gazpacho with Lobster, shrimp, bay scallops, octopus,

extra virgin olive oil and herbs

Imported burratta cheese with Prosciutto di Parma, heirloom tomatoes,

12 year old balsamic vinegar

Black pepper and dried citrus rubbed swordfish, cognac green peppercorn sauce

Filet Mignon, Gorgonzola raviolo, olive oil smashed yukon gold potatoes, red wine sauce

2008 Duckhorn Merlot

The Duckhorn Wine Event will take place on Thursday, October 15 at 7:00 pm. At Francesca’s by the River, 200 South 2nd Street in St. Charles. The event is $85 per person. Please RSVP to 630-587-8221.
