For single professionals 30s through 60s, Single Gourmet presents this dinner featuring wines from Langetwins, a fifth-generation winery in Lodi, Calif. What makes this event extra-special is that winery co-owner Randy Lange will be at the dinner to talk about his family farm, which is dedicated to sustainability.

FIRST COURSE: Wedge salad (crisp iceberg lettuce topped with Neuske's bacon, Iowa blue cheese, tomatoes and topped with your choice of homemade dressing) OR Maryland blue crab and corn chowder (velvety, with sweet crab, roasted corn and cream) OR Spinach salad (with toasted pecans, tangerines, sweet onions with bacon dressing or dressing of your choice)
SECOND COURSE: Roasted prime rib of beef with horseradish cream OR Prime veal chop OR Pecan-crusted Idaho brook trout OR Prime filet served one of three ways (mushroom-coated, peppercorn-coated or plain)
