Sheffield's Beer School and the Great Lakes Brewing Company in Cleveland, co-host an Oktoberfest Beer Dinner featuring six different ales and lagers from the award-winning brewery.  Four-course menu includes the flagship Dortmunder Gold Lager; Eliott Ness Amber Lager paired with a charcuterie platter and accompaniments; Oktoberfest Marzen-Style Beer paired with German beer soup; Grand Cru Belgian Ale paired with the classic German "Choucroute" of house-smoked pork loin, sauerkraut, apples and potatoes in savory juices; Glockenspiel paired with warm, fresh doughnut bites with assorted dipping sauces; and, Blackout Stout in a complimentary take home snifter glass.  To reserve, call 773-281-4989.  Price is $60 per person.
