This is amazing, who would have ever thought I would host a Cab tasting as I am such a Euro file at the moment and for most of my adult life?  With that said, you know that for me to pour some Cali Cab they must be some pretty amazing wines.  Thus, cancel any future plans to make this tasting if for no other reason than the mere rarity of it all, I mean it's practically an historic event.  Consider this our ode to the place and wine that started it all right here in the good ol' U.S. of A.  So join us as we cheers the big wine machine that is California Cabernet.
