Care for a little adventure with your meal?  Ever yearn for the days when men set out to the woods for their supper, instead of to the frozen-food aisle? On Wednesday, October 7th, Lento is bringing back the spirit of the chase with our first ever game-and-beer tasting dinner: four courses of game meats, each accompanied by one of chef Arthur Rogers’ favorite artisanal beers. The menu will feature Buffalo, Squab, Wild Boar, and a bear claw. Each course will recreate the rustic pleasures of a freshly-caught meal paired with a hearty, tasty brew. The game-and-beer tasting is $65, not including tax or tip; seating is limited so reservations are recommended. Breeches are optional, but please – leave the gunpowder at home.
