Come after work for the hippest happy hour in SF where wines by the glass are $5, the appetisers are free, and there is a complimentary wine or cooking class at 5:45.
Tonight at 5;45: Wine 101. Wine tasting can be an occasional pleasant diversion or a time-and-resource-consuming passion. Wine tasting is actually a complex proposition involving much more than simply sipping some fermented grape juice. There are many variable factors that affect an individual's perception of flavor in wine. There are chemical, physical, mechanical, physiological, and psychological variables. No matter what level of orientation or dedication is involved, some basic background knowledge and a logical approach can greatly increase individual enjoyment. So join us for a fun and interactive review of what to look for, and look out for to get more enjoyment out of wine. Appropriate for all interest levels and especially fun in groups! Open to the public. No reservations accepted for class. First come/first admitted. Maximum of 30. For information, please call 866-236-8863 or email retail@cellar360.com. Complimentary class at 5:45 is limited to the first 30. |
