Tierra del Fuego- style sea scallops, served over smoked almonds pesto and tomato compote
2nd course
Carbonada Criolla
Slow braised lamb and pumpkin stew, fresh sweet corn and peach chutney.
3rd course
Ojo de Bife
Grilled rib eye steak, mixed baked potatoes and Chimichurri sauce.
4th course
Zapallos en Almibar
Traditional candied pumpkin, vanilla whipped cream and pumpkin syrup.
