Since opening in May, 2001, Friendship Inn has provided lodging for more than 800 guests, with priority lodging given to those who live more than 30 miles away. Our mission is to provid a "home away from home" facilities for families of patients at the University of Kansas Hospital. Enjoy six specially selected wines, expertly paired by Dave Eckert (host of Culinary Travels on PBS) with a four-course gourmet dinner by Chef Todd Walline of Blue Hills. Wine "color commentar" by Dave Eckert. Silent auction with many wine and wine-related item. Event emcee'd by Mark Alford, morning anchor of Fox 4 News.
