Spotlight Chardonnay - Serenity Vineyards Spotlight Series aims to focus attention on unique grape growing regions throughout California. The 2006 Chardonnay benefits from the Central Coasts long cool growing season to develop its satisfying, intense flavors. Pear and apple fruit along with floral aromas of acacia and honeysuckle weave around a complex mineral note, producing a delightful drinking wine. Fresh and lively on the palate, Spotlight Chardonnay ends with a vibrant, lingering finish.
Corinto Sauvignon Blanc - The 2009 Corinto Sauvignon Blanc is light yellow in colour with transparent nuances. It displays ntense aromas of citrus and white fruit with herbaceous notes. Attractively crisp on the palate, with citrus and grapefruit accompanying its vibrant finish.
High Note Pinot Noir - The 2007 High Note Pinot Noir is created from 2 distinctive Central Coast vineyards and is aged in 100% French oak to add depth and round out the mouthfeel. This fruit-forward red offers rich flavors of cherry, blackberry and spice.
Spotlight Merlot - Serenity Vineyards Spotlight Series aims to focus attention on unique grape growing regions throughout California. The 2005 Merlot benefits from the Central Coasts long cool growing season to develop its satisfying, intense flavors. Enjoy the delicious bright cherry fruit and ripe black currants enveloped in a smooth, vanilla mouth feel. Spotlight Merlot displays complex hints of mint and chocolate, finishing long and velvety.
Corinto Merlot - The 2008 Corinto Special Selection Merlot has deep red colour with violet and purple touches. On the nose shows aromas of dry fruit, blackberries, chocolate and pepper. A half bodied silky palate with candy and vanilla flavours. It is a charming wine with a long finish.
Adesso Cagnina di Romagna - This is the wine that's easy to fall in love with "adesso" (which means "now" in Italian). Grapey, juicy raisins, fresh wine-grape and dried-fruit flavors follow the nose, sweet but not sticky, with sufficient acidity to keep it from cloying. An excellent answer to the frequently asked question from those aching for a sweet red wine. It pairs well with pizza, lasagne, calzone and spaghetti.
