Earn your wine tasting stripes with our popular Wine 101 class.  The event is complete with lots of food, wine and prizes.  In this upbeat and entertaining class you will learn:

·        How to taste, smell and identify wines

·        Define and separate wines by bottle shapes, regions and varietals

·        Develop techniques for taking wine notes, buying a bottle of wine….how to find a $15 bottle of wine that tastes like $50

·        Ideas on how to establish seasonal food & wine pairings, what wines suit your individual tastes, thoughts on how to host your own wine party.

·        We offer an open forum to ask any wine question and provide a relaxed and fun atmosphere…..we even take time to show you how to properly open a bottle of wine in several different ways….so you will at least look like a pro!!

Class size is limited to 20 people.  Reservations of (4) or more receives a $5 discount per person.
