Join the Cellar360 Culinary Specialist Kasey Passen as she features dark mushrooms such as black trumpets, truffle products and other exotic holiday mushrooms in this special expanded class - back by popular demand from last autumn - discussing Wine and Mushroom Pairing.
Kasey will discuss mushrooms in general, wild mushroom foraging and serve mushroom dishes paired with wines from the Cellar360 portfolio. There will also be a guest speaker who is a local expert in wild mushroom foraging, and a farmer's market after class with opportunity to purchase mushrooms. This is part of a three-class series. See the class on October 24th featuring Golden Chanterelle, and November 14th featuring Porcini mushrooms. $45.00 per person/$115 for the three-series (Note: Limited to first 40 repondents.
