Calistoga Cellars was founded in 1996.  Their wines are made by Barry Gnekow, an award-winning winemaker with 30+ years experience.  Producing some of their wines from small lots of select varietals from their estate vineyard in Napa, they also purchase fruit from premium Napa growers under long-term vineyard contracts, which ensures that the wines consistently represent estate-bottled quality.
