Heron Point has invited Laurie Forster, The Wine Coach, to host a Perfect Pairings Wine Tasting Lunch. Laurie will discuss how to taste wine, rather than just drinking it. As lunch is served, five different styles of wine will be sampled and guests will learn how to describe each wine. Attendees will leave with an understanding of how to create great food and wine pairings. To attend, you must be of retirement age and register by calling 1-800-327-9138. Space is limited.
