Wine OR Wine & Food

Belle Marie Winery's picturesque Barrel Room is the site for a lively yet elegant, four-course gourmet meal built upon a theme of French wine and cuisine. Each food course has been inspired by classic French traditions of ingredients and preparation, but then subtly and creatively expanded with intriguing New World influences.

Each of the four courses will be paired exquisitely with two different wines that were grown, produced, and bottled by Belle Marie Winery. Like the food, the wines that will be explored all have roots in Old World European winemaking traditions, but have been updated with creative, New World style twists.

The winemakers and the chef will provide interactive and entertaining narration throughout the evening to explain the background and history of both the wine and the food, how each was created, and why the pairings work so well together.
