This is the 27th year of this event which is now under new ownership.  It is now produced by Ingalls & Associates, a marketing and promotions company that specializes in event promotion and production.  The Festival has been upgraded, offering only Oregon wines and Wineries, Oregon art and Willamette Valley Restaurants and food.  There will be cooking and pairing demonstrations, upper end music offerings, A VIP lounge and a 'wine checking' service.  Shilo Inns is a sponsor, offering $69 suites and free shuttle service to the Festial both days.  Amtrak is offering a 'partner' fare from anywhere north of Salem, with a buy one, get one ticket price to the event.  Shilo will pick up people from the train station and shuttle them to the Hotel and the Wine Festival.
