Join Meet Market Adventures and other singles for this unique
style Cooking Party. Don’t miss out on this unique culinary combination of a
hands-on cooking experience and a pampered dinner party. This Cooking Party is
sure to be a big hit with epicureans and beginners alike.
Chefs from the Bespoke team will lead you through preparing a four-course
themed meal. After the lesson, you will retreat to the loft-like dining room
and enjoy being served the meal you created.
All through the lesson and meal, the team imparts tips, facts, and guidance
about the food, methods and preparations used. It's a fantastic opportunity to
ask the experts and to learn the tricks of the trade.
The theme for this class will be Pan Asian and the menu will be as follows:
Salad: Chopped salad with cabbage, carrots, slivered almonds, julienne peppers & mandarin oranges in a sesame vinaigrette
Entree: Shrimp and chicken pad thai
Dessert: Kela halwa - spiced bananas, sauteed and baked Indian style
Appetizers: Shiitake mushroom & ginger in freshly made wonton cups AND Vietnamese spring rolls with spicy soy dip
