This is the tasting focusing on the less conventional and unusual red varietals - not the common Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel or Pinot Noir etc.
It is early days in the mix of possibilities are Cannonau, Chambourcin, Barbera, Mencia, Carmenere, Aglianico, Baco Noir, Teroldego, Zeigelt, Marachal Foch, Negroamaro just to name a few. Nick and Hayley will choose the final lineup..
