Wine in the Valley is the first major fundraiser of the school year and of the Valley Elementary Educational Foundation’s Year of the Tiger giving campaign. Our campaign goal is to raise $50,000 to purchase library books and support other programs at Valley including our college readiness program, “College Starts Now!” Valley is a Title I school meaning that more than 50% of our students come from families described by the federal government as "low income".

The event will include a sit-down, 3-course dinner and a live performance of Flamenco music by the uniquely talented Los Musicos Del Costa Brava. Upon entering the reception, Candids by Katie will offer guests complimentary portraits, too! After enjoying a Regional Wine Tasting, compliments of the Valley Elementary Educational Foundation, guests are encouraged to sample additional tastings for a nominal fee at the no-host bar or purchase entire bottles for their table. There will be silent and live auctions and an opportunity for attendees to donate directly to support specific school programs. Whether buying an auction item or a bottle of wine, every purchase yields a financial return to the Foundation!
