Second Course - Artichoke and Mozzarella Crusted Salmon served with the Custodian Grenache.

Entree - Cold Smoked Grilled Filet Mignon with a wild mushroom & English Pea compound butter served with the Footbolt Shiraz.

Dessert - Banana Macadamia Hawaiian Sweet Bread Pudding
