Sweet vs. Dry Rieslings – Rieslings come in many forms … some are bone dry, others are like dessert in a bottle. We’ll be pouring one that’s dry from New Zealand and one from Germany that has some sweetness to it. So check your expectations at the door and come try the different manipulations of this popular grape.
