Wine OR Wine & Food

This is the only beginners wine course in Scotland hosted by a fully qualified Master of Wine*

A fun relaxed educational series of four wine tasting evenings hosted by Rose Murray Brown MW.  Rose's style is very unstuffy, approachable and interactive.  The tastings are designed to guide you through tasting techniques, understanding wine styles and the classic wine grapes.

Session 1 (Tues 26 Jan) Tasting Techniques / white wines

Session 2 (Tues 2 Feb) Champagne v sparkling wine / aromatic whites

Session 3 (Tues 9 Feb) Soft juicy reds (eg Pinot Noir, Tempranillo)

Sesssion 4 (Tues 16 Feb) Full bodied reds (eg Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel)

Course file, course notes and completion certificate signed by a MW included in the cost.

This course is suitable for anyone who loves the taste of wine.
