A fun relaxed food and wine tasting evening hosted by Master of Wine, Rose Murray Brown. Sample a selection of Scottish delicacies including smoked salmon, smoked trout, venison carpaccio, Strathdon cheese, pastries and chocolates matched to a range of wines from around the world. The evening will begin with a taste of Champagne Joseph Perrier Brut NV in the Ballroom foyer. Guests will then be seated in The Ballroom of the 5-star Old Course Hotel for the food and wine tasting. Rose will be joined by venison expert Nichola Fletcher, cheese expert Jane Stewart and chocolate expert Sandy Milne. This event is taking place to celebrate the finale of Homecoming Scotland 2009 and St Andrews Day's weekend celebrations. Limited availability!
