A Taste of Scotland: a special food and wine feature hosted by Master of Wine Rose Murray Brown for St Andrews Festival. A fun relaxed entertaining evening with a chance to sample a selection of Scottish food delicacies (smoked salmon, smoked trout, venison carpaccio, Strathdon cheese, pastries and chocolates) matched to a range of wines from around the world. The evening will begin with a taste of Champagne Joseph Perrier Brut NV in the foyer. Guests will then be seated for the food and wine tasting in The Ballroom of the prestigious 5 star Old Course Hotel. This is a special event to celebrate the finale of Homecoming Scotland 2009 and St Andrews Day celebrations. Tables of ten available at £175 - or individual places at £20 per person Limited availability!
