A Taste of Scotland: A Special Food and Wine Feature hosted by Master of Wine Rose Murray Brown for St Andrews Festival. Sample a selection of Scottish delicacies including smoked salmon, smoked trout, venison, Strathdon cheese and chocolates matched to a range of wines from around the world. Rose will be joined by venison expert Nichola Fletcher, cheese expert Jane Stewart and chocolate expert Sandy Milne. Guests will be welcomed with a taste of Champagne Joseph Perrier Brut NV in the ballroom foyer. The food and wine tasting will be seated in the Ballroom of the prestigious 5 star Old Course Hotel. Tables of 10 are available at £175 or individual places at £20 per person. Limited availability - so book early!
