1st Course

Roasted Peach and Slipper Lobster Tart with Mache and Rose blossom honey paired with 2008 Torrontes

2nd Course

Smoked Salmon “Spring Roll” with Poached Pear and a Meyer Lemon Crème Fraiche paired with 2008 Chardonnay

3rd Course

Seared Duck Breast with a warm Fig Salad and Cassis paired with 2007 Grand Riserva Malbec

4th Course

Port Braised Beef Cheeks with Chevre Whipped Potatoes, Water Cress and Jus paired with 2007 Grand Riserva Trinita

5th Course

Blueberry Cream Tartlet paired with 2006 Malvira Brachetto
