ThePoisonCup and Jan Henrichsen, celebrated wine and cheese expert and former Bin 36 wine educator, are hosting the best wine classes in Chicago. Come for one or come for all of them. Each are $25, which includes plenty of wine and appropriate food pairings.

This class is for wine nerds who want to talk about dirt components, elevation, cluster density, and the nuances imparted by varied forests used for coopering.
