Sea Scallops

Pan seared sea scallops with corn & white truffle, salsa and

Tabasco onion rings.  

Paired with the 2008 Cantina Villafranca Frascati Superior-Italy

 

Course Two

Tuna Carpaccio

thinly sliced tuna on a crostini with mushroom tapenade

and shaved arugula

Paired with the 2006 Montebuena Rioja- Spain

 

Course Three

Blackberry Marinated Pork

garnished with a carrot, parsnip puree and a pancetta maple glaze

Paired with 2007 Thorn Clarke Shotfire Shiraz- Australia

 

Course Four

Plantain and Razz Cherry Compote over Fresh Short Cake

Paired with 2006 El Ganador Malbec- Argentina

 

Dinner begins at 7:00pm. $55 per person (not including tax and gratuity)
