ThePoisonCup and Jan Henrichsen, celebrated wine and cheese expert and former Bin 36 wine educator, will be hosting the best wine classes in Chicago beginning in October. Come for one or come for all of them. Each are $25, which includes plenty of wine and appropriate food pairings.
