Although summer gets all the press for fresh fruit and vegetables, fall is arguably a more interesting culinary time. It's a season when all kinds of exciting, rich flavors come to the fore--and are paired with all kinds of terrific wines. At this tasting we will be featuring (among many other dishes) an earthy tagliatelle pasta with porcini mushrooms and roast duck and foie gras risotto paired with fabulous Barolos, Barbarescos, Super Tuscans and Chiantis from all-star names like Fontodi, Grattamacco and La Spinetta. It's a tasting you'll savor all season long.
