One of our most all time popular classes is back! This “lab style” class explores the principals behind one of the best parts of the whole wine scene: matching wine with food. The format is simple…three different foods (tasting, not meal portions): cold poached salmon, rare rib-eye steak and hyper chocolate cake matched with three wines each. Then we’ll go at it discussing what works and what doesn’t. This evening will be fun and educational. Don’t miss it. Your instructor is Jamie “Delicious” Koren.
