Halloween is coming! It’s just around the corner and we want to help you get in the mood to celebrate. Please join us for a haunted tour of the delicious wines and scary ghost stories of The Winery at Marjim Manor on Tuesday, October 13th. (Good thing it isn’t Friday!) This local winery, located in Appleton, NY was featured on Sci Fi Channel TV’s Ghost Hunters last October 15, 2008.
The Winery at Marjim Manor is a place where history and charm come together. Owned and operated by Margo Sue Bittner, it features fruit wines ranging from dry to sweet. Part of the charm of this winery is hearing Margo relate the colorful tale, including introducing the ghosts. Located on the Seaway Trail, the Winery has a unique architecture and history that entices people to stop in. Visitors have come from all 50 states and as far away as Singapore and Taiwan.
