Wine & Women Series!
Ladies, come entice your senses with wine & food. Your 4 course dinner will be expertly prepared by Madame Chefs Gloria & Kerry of Howe It’s Done and paired with Carvalho wines. Participate in the preparation of your meal while watching the chef demonstration. Listen to soft sounds of the harp by Pamela Pamperin.
$35 per person or $25 for Family Wine Club Women
Menu:
1st Course: Fruit & Cheese
2nd Course: Spinach Salad with cornbread croutons, heirloom tomatoes, grilled onions, with a tomato pesto vinaigrette
Main Course: Handmade Rosemary Fettuccini with grilled chicken, asparagus, leeks, fennel & Meyer lemon zest served with a Madeira wild mushroom cream sauce.
Dessert: Puff pastry filled with a Grand Marnier cheese cake & drizzled with chocolate ganache.
