The 2007 vintage in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer has received tremendous press and hype, and we are pleased to taste a number of these wonderful Rieslings from Dr. Karl Christoffel! A relative to both the J.J. Christoffel and J.J. Prum winemaking families, Karl Christoffel is making wines that are obscenely delicious for their humble prices! We will taste a 2008 QBA, a 2007 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett, a 2007 Bernkasteler Badstrube Spatlese, and a 2007 Bernkasteler Badstrube Auslese, among others! An afternoon of tasting German Rieslings, right before Oktoberfest?? Why not, it's FREE and only here at Acker!!
